We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience at Hesari Supermarket. Please take note of our return policy for non-perishable goods:
1. Exchange Eligibility: We accept exchanges of non-perishable goods within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. Store Credit for Accepted Returns: If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will provide store credit for the value of the returned goods.
3. Refund Policy: We offer refunds exclusively for products that are faulty, spoilt, or damaged upon purchase. A 'change of mind' return does not qualify for a refund. However, if your return is accepted and accompanied by a valid receipt, you will receive store credit for the value of the goods returned.
At Hesari Supermarket, we strive to maintain customer satisfaction, and our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for all our valued customers.
